Chick'in started with a simple grievance: fried chicken deserved better. Better birds, better brines, better buns — and none of the frozen, flown-in, forgotten-about stuff.

So we brine fresh chicken in buttermilk for a full day, dredge it twice by hand, and fry every single order fresh. It takes longer. It costs more. You can taste exactly why.
